Terms of Service - CAD SYMBOLS

1. Scope

For the business relationship between cad-symbole.com and the buyer, the following terms and conditions apply exclusively in their version valid at the time of the order. Deviating conditions of the customer do not recognize cad-symbole.com.

We offer our services only to customers who have their residence or habitual residence in Germany!

2. Prices and shipping costs

All displayed prices are in Euro. Depending on the payment system, billing may also take place in another currency, e.g. US dollars, done. In this case, the final amount is converted at the current rate.
In this shop only products are offered in the download. Therefore, there are no shipping costs in the true sense.
Your internet provider may u.U. Transmission costs or volume costs or similar invoice. Please check with your internet provider.

3. VAT

For orders from Germany, the small business rule applies: “In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.”

For orders from other EU countries, the reverse charge procedure applies: “Tax liability of the recipient of the service”

4. Delivery

All products offered here can basically only be purchased as a download.
After successful payment process a link for individual download is available. The products can usually be downloaded within 48 hours in total 10 times. Deviations are noted.

5. Payment

Payment is made via an online payment system (eg PayPal, credit card).
Your credit card institute (Master-Card, VISA-Card) can u. Charge transaction fees. These costs are not included in the shop prices.
Only the payment options offered during the payment process are possible. Other payment systems (eg cash on delivery, cash payment) are excluded.

6. Vouchers

Vouchers can be redeemed during the payment process. Subsequent assertion is not possible.
Vouchers can i.d.R. to be redeemed once. They may be article-related and / or time-limited. You will receive the corresponding information together with the voucher.

7. Warranty

All offered products have been carefully selected and tested several times. They work with the specified operating systems. Eventually further programs are required for the functioning. Relevant information can be found in the article description. The function in other combinations is not guaranteed.

8. Contract and resignation

The contract is valid with the online purchase of a product.

The right of revocation is excluded for orders of products that are not suitable for a return due to their nature (for example, downloads after the start of the download process). Until the start of the download process of digital products, the revocation of an order of digital products can take place. Incidentally, a revocation in accordance with the statutory exceptions. § 312d Abs. 4 BGB excluded.

9. Type, extent and duration of the rights of use granted

The right of use granted after the purchase is limited to the use of the provided downloads for a customer. The use of the goods provided by cad-symbole.com may not be used for several customers. The transfer of rights of use is not exclusive. The rights to the composition are not transferred. Reproduction of the files via the Internet is prohibited.

10. Data protection Storage and processing of personal data.

www.cad-symbole.com is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals and companies who shop on our website and to keep personal information confidential. The basis for this are the applicable statutory provisions.

We only use your data to fulfill the contract concluded with you.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

German law applies. Jurisdiction is Kempten.

12. Severability clause

Should one or more provisions of this contract be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The ineffective provisions shall be replaced by a provision which is as similar in content as possible and which comes closest to the purpose of the intended regulation.
Alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:
The european commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) which is accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in the settlement proceedings before a consumer
